Backorder Policy

Although we try diligently to maintain our stock, due to the popularity of many of our lampwork beads, certain items may be out of stock from time to time. If a particular bead is out of stock, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of the order according to the number of beads that are shipped. We will automatically backorder the remaining beads and will charge your credit card only when the remaining beads are shipped. The remaining beads will be shipped within 6 weeks of your order date for FREE. You will be notified immediately if any beads or jewelry in your order are out of stock at the time of order.

Custom Orders

We are proud to offer our customers the opportunity to customize their bead and jewelry orders. We are happy to have our glass artists make any of our beads in different sizes or colors. If there are any beads you would prefer larger or smaller or in a different color than we offer, please do not hesitate to call or email us. We will do our best to accommodate your specifications.
