Return and Exchange policy
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. You may return or exchange any of your purchases, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Please note the following instructions detailing the procedure to return or exchange any of your purchases.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return or exchange your item(s) you must fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE form included with your shipment invoice. For your convenience you may also click here"return /exchange form" to view and print the RETURN/EXCHANGE form. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. After filling out the RETURN/EXCHANGE form please send the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM along with the item(s) you wish to return/exchange AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. Full product price minus the original shipping / handling fee will be refunded to your account when item(s) are received in its original condition. If you are requesting an exchange, your credit card will be credited or debited according to the new order and will also include a charge for the new shipping and handling fees, please see our SHIPPING POLICY for additional shipping informtion.
MyBeading is not responsible for providing postage on RETURNED / EXCHANGED items.
Note: Please be sure to insure your return shipment and make sure the item(s) to be returned is properly package so as not to be damaged in shipping. Please keep a copy of our invoice along with a copy of your return shipping and insurance receipts. Should the item(s) to be returned be lost of damaged during the return shipment, you must file a claim with the post office as the legal owner of the merchandise and as the shipper. Any claims will be paid directly to you by the shipping carrier.
