Purchased items may be shipped to addresses within the United States via the U.S.Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail. We also offer the use of FEDEX International.

 

Shipping/handling fees are shown upon checkout and are determined by estimated package weight, shipping destinaton and mail carrier chosen.  Shipping charges also include insurance for the full value of the item.

 

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

Following is a list of estimated shipping time as taken from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FEDEX websites:

  • Priority Mail: 3-6 business days to arrive after shipping in rare cases may take up to 14 days
  • Express Mail: 1-2 business days to arrive after shipping *signature reuired upon delivery*
  • Federal Express: 1-3 business days to arrive after shipping  to many areas
  • Two day service: 2-4 bussines days exluding holidays

We are sorry, ground shipping is currently unavailable due to our store location in the U.S.Virgin Islands.

International

 
Canada: The only option to ship to Canada as of now via our website is Fedex Express. However if you do wish to ship via Canadian Airmail than you will have to place your order over phone.
 
All others: Note FEDEX is the only shipping option availeble for international orders placed online.
 

International Orders maybe subject to import duties and fees.Which occour when the shipment reaches the destination.If the shipment is returned or rejected because of customs clearence duties or refusal of delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for any fees that occur + international shipping handling charge.

Damage Policy

We will replace at no additional cost any damaged merchandise upon full compliance with the procedures listed below.

We are very careful in packaging our merchandise and take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. Every package leaves our hands packaged to our Carrier´s specifications and based upon our experience with our Carrier. If you suspect upon delivery that your items are damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE CARRIER. The following is required on all websites that ship with major carriers, ´SHOULD YOU THINK OR SUSPECT THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED- DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE CARRIER.´ Contact the carrier immediately upon refusal of the package and make sure you get a claim number from the carrier. Please contact us immediately with that claim number.

If you have accepted your package, please open the package upon receipt and immediately inspect the contents. If upon inspection you see that, despite our best efforts in packaging, your order has arrived damaged, we ask that you please follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. Keep the damaged items and all the packaging materials inside the same box in which they were shipped. This is required by our Carrier to meet their Claim Procedures.
  2. Bring this original package with all the damaged contents and original packaging material to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The Post Office will give you a claim form to fill out, please fill out Section 13 of the form. The Post Office will then send the claim to us so we may fill out our Section of the form. The Post Office will keep only the damaged items. We will send your replacement merchandise at no charge as soon as we have received the claim form with Section 13 completed by the original addressee.
  3. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any damaged merchandise. We can be reached at info@mybeading.com . When notifying us, please give us your confirmation number as emailed to you upon purchase, your full name, address, phone number and the U.S. Post Office CLAIM NUMBER so we can ship you a replacement.
  4. NOTE: Above form instructions is only regarding the USPS requirements for FEDEX insurance claim please visit www.fedex.com for instruction what to do in case of dameged contects or lost package that was shiped via FEDEX.

SALES TAX:

mybeading.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within Florida State. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as your local Florida sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of Florida State.
